Hey, I'm Kari Wilde and this blog ( which you can read HERE) is the story of our family of 5, living wild and free outside in Oregon. This space is dedicated to documenting our journey as a wilderness unschooling family.  I think kids grow best when they can run wild through the forest every day, so that's exactly what we do. 

 

I am a mountain ultra runner and compete in 100K (62 mile) , 50 mile, and 50K ( 31 miles) distances.

 

I also run a photography business and have shot for various large outdoor brands. Additionally, I love to take family portraits!
